​Design for Kota’s workplace: Orbit around George. This office space proposal strives to create a fully functional workplace that meets all of Kota’s requirements. The workplace will correspond to Kota’s values, design principles, and brand spirit of ambition, honesty, and fun. This commercial office workspace will have a lively and imaginative ambience that emphasises human connection. The interior will be created in a modern style with references to the space era aesthetic of the 1960s. This notion of retro space age design is inspired by KOTA’s brand and the way their team of digital marketers operates. The whimsical addition of the space-age design will keep staff members stimulated and never mundane. Additionally, the office will be designed in an overall modern style to maintain a clean and appropriate environment that looks high end and allows workers to stay focused. The three key elements that will enable KOTA to achieve a successful and egaging workplace are connection, interactive design, and bespoke design. Interactive and customised design will be used throughout the interior as a way for KOTA to communicate how they like to be unique and use immersive and interactive techniques. As well as this their workstations will be connected and communal so that employees will feel a sense of community when they are at work and will be able to work off each other and converse ideas.
